If your student is in grades 2-5 and goes to Hybrid school you can send their borrowed device to school with them. Please print out this form for each device and include it with each return. If you are in K-1 the above form will save time at a drop-off event. If you have questions contact STS Dani Haight at firstname.lastname@example.org. Devices will be returned via curbside on:
• Wednesday, June 16th 12:00 - Cohort B K-1 and any students who no longer need their school-issued device to attend classes.
• Friday, June 18th, 9:30 - 1:00 - Cohort B K-1 and any students who don’t need their school-issued device to attend the assembly. (please note that this is no longer until 2 due to the end of year Assembly)
• Monday, June 21st, 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM - All Cohort A, B, and Remote students
