Families traveling out of the country will need to notify Technology Support to ensure your student's device and/or school account will function properly if accessing from outside of the US. Create a technology work ticket for out-of-country travel using the Student Support Ticketing System. Add all the necessary details in the ticket, and also attach the notice of pre-arranged extended absence form (signed by the principal). Technology support will reach out via the ticket with instructions on the next steps for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) set up.
