A little bit about me:
I grew up as a military kid and have moved nineteen times. In college, I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University. After college, I worked as a Pediatric Mental Health Specialist on the Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine Unit and as a Social Services Specialist in the Emergency Department at Seattle Children's Hospital. Working with children in mental and behavioral crises ignited a passion in me to help children before reaching the point of needing a hospital visit. This led me to pursue a Master's in Education in School Counseling.I love connecting with children and helping them develop socially and emotionally and being there for them while they're at school. |
